Who are we, and what have we been up to?

I’m David Khaetzki, a homeowner, real estate investor, and builder with nearly ten years of experience.

My journey started in a small garage in East Austin, where I took on carpentry projects one by one, slowly building my skills and vision. Over the years, that passion has grown into creating custom commercial and residential spaces for homeowners, investors, and businesses across Austin—always with the goal of bringing each client’s vision to life.

Today, we’re a small but strong team of professionals who collaborate to design and build unique, functional, and beautiful spaces.

Our approach is simple and intentional: we create spaces that work, that feel good to be in, and that stand the test of time. And we have a lot of fun doing it.
